McLeod Orthopedics Welcomes Orthopedic Surgeon

(Florence, SC September 3, 2019) McLeod Health welcomes Dr. Chad Thurman, an Orthopedic Surgeon to the medical staff of McLeod Regional Medical Center and to the practice of McLeod Orthopaedics.
Dr. Thurman comes to McLeod after completion of his Fellowship in Joint Replacement at The CORE Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Thurman completed Medical School at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, and a Residency at Michigan State University- Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Michigan. He is active in various orthopedic societies including American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and American Academy of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
Dr. Thurman specializes in conditions and procedures of the Hip and Knee Joints. He also specializes in Direct Anterior Hip Approach.
