              Mindfulness Journal Meet-Up
              with Casey Gainey
               
              Explore the relaxing art of journaling with built in instruction and encouragement! Each month a simple writing prompt will be paired with an accessible art technique to make journaling fun and interactive. Supplies for the prompts will be provided and you are encouraged to bring other supplies that you enjoy using. Art journals and kits will be available for purchase if needed.
               
              Cost: $15

              About the Teacher:
               
              Casey Gainey is a healing arts and yoga instructor from Bethune, South Carolina. She has a passion for combining colors and words that is evident throughout her work. Her therapeutic and simple approach to art making creates an inspiring and accessible learning environment.
