Duties include:
*Coordinating facility and vehicle maintenance
* Perform and oversee repairs to facilityand equipment
* Oversees all contractors that work in the facilities
* Monitors expenses within department
Qualifications include:
*High school diploma or GED
* 3 or more years experience in facility mgt. or closely related field
* Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, carpentry, and other maintenance related areas
* Skills in supervision, budget management, and project management
Salary range: $17-$24 hr.
