Chandler Investment Properties is seeking a qualified self-driven and goal-oriented Maintenance Technician for our properties located in Hartsville and Florence, SC. This position would include visits to multiple properties within the area.
Responsibilities include:
- The general upkeep of properties to the Chandler Standard
- Responding to residents' maintenance issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Perform general troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC, Plumbing, Smart Home Technology, minor repairs to fencing and flooring.
- Perform basic appliance repairs and preventative maintenance
- Pressure Washing, staining fences, basic yard maintenance
- Assist on turnovers and inspections
- Complete required work-orders and update the status of property maintenance within property software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Property management Maintenance: 2 years preferred or equivalent skills and experience.
