She will teach you about the techniques of wild fermentation. Jamie will show you how to cut the cabbage and many ways to season it. Bring a pen and paper!
You will leave with firm knowledge and the confidence to make your own at home. Jamie has been a wild fermentation revivalist for over 10 years and is thrilled to teach you the benefits of fermented cabbage. Fermented food enhances the nutritional content as well as giving you probiotics. Come learn this ancient way of preserving food that enhances the gut microbiome. Jamie will have samples of fermented sauerkraut available for you to try.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Jamie is a Lifestyle Medicine Advocate and has completed an online Nutritional Course with Harvard Medical School and is author of the book, “Bringing Back Bacteria”. Jamie also offers a Mediterranean diet 4 week program as well as online Wild Fermentation Consultations.
