SACRED RAGE: A GODDESS RISING CIRCLE WITH KIMBERLY ROSE

For far too long, women have been taught to hide our “unpleasant” emotions. We are to keep ourselves classy and calm in any situation. Think about Miranda Lambert’s lyrics in her song “Mama’s Broken Heart” in which she sings, “Go and Fix your Makeup Girl, It’s just a break up! Run and Hide your Crazy and start acting like a Lady!” 

Would you like a place to come and share all of your “crazy” in safe space? Can you witness other Sisters in confidentiality as they share their own emotions? Is it a break-up, an unfair boss, inability to have pleasure in life, shame, guilt, anger, fear? What has your blood boiling? Can we circle together and move it out of our body energetically?

We will meet in Circle with a commitment to honor ourselves and each other as we unleash our Sacred Rage. We will also utilize the breath and primal movement to help navigate the release.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Kimberly Rose

Kimberly Rose is a reiki master, yoga teacher, and facilitator for women’s circles. Kimberly has been an attuned Reiki practitioner since 2018.  She completed her 200 Hour YTT with Our Sacred Space Yoga School in Hartsville, SC in 2020. She has received training from Her Sacred Circle Facilitator Program in 2022 in Myrtle Beach, SC. She has also completed training in Yin Yoga through Authentic Yoga Teacher Training of Scottsdale, AZ.

Kimberly specializes in energetic shifts and aims to assist her students and clients identify external and internal stressors so they can begin to clear them from the mind, body, and spirit. This process of releasing what no longer serves you creates space to bring your desires into reality. She will guide you on your journey and help you to discover how to honor your Human form while remembering you are also Divine. Kimberly is dedicated to her students and their investigation of energy, yoga, and personal power.
