              9:30 AM – 9:55 AM: Sacred Flow with Jamie Martell
              A dynamic, soulful sequence blending movement, breath, and intention.

              10:10 AM – 10:35 AM: Yoga Basics with Jamie Martell
              Build a strong foundation with this beginner-friendly class focusing on alignment and breath.

              10:50 AM – 11:15 AM: Deep Stretch with Kimberly Rose
              Ease tension and improve flexibility with long, targeted stretches.

              11:30 AM – 11:55 AM: Yin Yoga with June Avant
              A calming practice featuring deep, passive stretches to promote relaxation and balance.
